Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
This policy explains how Safi (operated by Akili Tech) uses cookies and similar technologies on getsafi.app. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies as described below.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your login state and preferences, so you don't need to re-enter it each time.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies — required for the site to function. You cannot opt out of these without breaking core functionality.
- Session cookies (NextAuth): keep you logged into your account between pages and across short browser closures. Expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
- CSRF tokens: protect against cross-site request forgery during form submission.
Payment cookies (Stripe) — set by Stripe when you visit a page with billing functionality (such as our pricing page or checkout). Stripe uses these for fraud prevention and to enable secure payment processing. See Stripe's cookie policy for details.
Analytics cookies — Safi does not currently use third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out controls.
Advertising / tracking cookies — Safi does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- See what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block all cookies (note: this will prevent you from logging into Safi)
- Delete all cookies when you close the browser
For instructions specific to your browser, visit allaboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active accounts.
